Minnesota Congressman reintroduces a bill targeting potential CBDC surveillance to uphold US citizens’ financial privacy rights against government monitoring. Minnesota Congressman Tom Emmer reintroduced the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act on Sept. 12.
